The choice is yours

Retailers may offer you a lower price, improved retail services or other benefits to try and win your business. You can either remain with your existing electricity or natural gas retailer, or choose a retailer that offers a range of products and services that will better suit your individual needs.

It's up to you.

There is no hurry or reason to make the change if you don't want to. If you stay as you are, you can always change later.

If you are happy with your present electricity or natural gas retailer, you can stay with them. Simply do nothing and you will continue to receive your electricity supply under a standard retail contract at the Government-set electricity price, just as you do now.
