If you live in the region just outside the south-east corner, that is, north of Gympie or west of Toowoomba, you might not get a competitive retail offer initially.

Energy retailers - not the Government - will decide which areas they will target. If you don't get a competitive retail offer, the good news is you don't have to change anything. You'll stay with your current retailer who will supply your electricity at the Government-set price - easy!
