If you live in a caravan park, unit or hostel, where the cost of the electricity or natural gas you use is included in your rent, your landlord has the sole connection and you are not able to choose a new retailer.
If you live in a region where choice is available, your body corporate, building manager or caravan park manager will choose the electricity or gas retailer on your behalf.
