If you are a small business that uses less than 100 megawatt hours of electricity or 1 terajoule of natural gas per annum, the same terms and conditions that apply to householders and other small customers will apply to you.

If you run a small business located within a shared tenancy, such as a shopping centre or commercial office building, your landlord may have the sole connection. It is most likely you will not be able to choose a retailer. If your landlord wishes to make choice, they may consult you about your preferences.
