I'm a small customer
Small customers are mostly householders and small businesses that use less than 100 megawatt-hours of electricity, or less than one terajoule of natural gas a year. This includes anybody who spends about $15,000 or less on their electricity or gas each year.
It doesn't matter whether you're a householder or run a small business, the same kind of retail offers will apply to you. It's how much electricity or gas you use that matters.
