I have an unmetered electricity or gas supply

If you live in an apartment block, are part of a shopping complex or similar arrangement and do not have a meter that records your electricity or gas consumption (unmetered supply), you are unable to change to another supplier.

This is because the electricity or gas is purchased from a retailer in bulk by the operator, Body Corporate or owner of the premises where you receive supply and they then charge you.

All unmetered electricity supplies will be provided under the standard retail contract at the Government-set price.

What you pay for your unmetered gas supply will be determined by your operator, Body Corporate or owner.
