What retailers do
Retailers buy electricity in the wholesale market and sell it to individual customers. Your retailers will bill you directly for the electricity you use. The amount you pay includes the cost of transporting the electricity along your distributor’s poles and wires to your property.

- Your contract, your bill or the prices you pay
- Payment options
- You wish to purchase green power
- Disconnection or reconnection
